Can't scroll using arrows in "Telemetry Data Collection" screen

The Bug

You can't use arrows to scroll in "Telemetry Data Collection" screen.

Reproduce

1. Options

2. Telemetry Data...

3. Press Tab 3 times or click on box in the center

4. Press Down/Up arrow to scroll in the box
