Leaves sprinting/landing particles use color from biome one block above

When sprinting on top of a block that uses colors, the color is determined using the block position that is one above the actual block's position. This can lead to incorrect block particle colors in some cases, for example with leaves. The color of the particles should always match the color of the block being sprinted on.
