Game Freezes At The Start Of A Previously Saved Game

I've tried again and I moved the mouse after a sec it froze.

Very bad bug description...
What happened before the world got corrupted? Did your PC crash? Or you closed your minecraft wihout saving (CAN potentually corrupt your game)

Nothing from these. I always close Minecraft from the main menu.

Don't list as private unless it's a security issue.

Are there excessive entities in your map? Try going in with MCEdit and deleting all the entities in the map, and go on Peaceful. Do note this will also kill off any pets you have in that world, so back it up beforehand.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
