[MC-26113] not able to break any blocks ("with hands")after toogling between gamemodes

After typing the command /gamemode 1 to switch to creative mode,
and again /gamomode 2 to go back to survival, it results impossible to break any block without the corresponding tool.

(E.G. :can not break earth block without shovel, Leaves without scissors etc..)

Duplicate of MC-3035 (Almost linked to the wrong ticket at first, whoopsies)
Gamemode 2 is Adventure mode, where you can not break any blocks except with the proper tools (so stone mines with a pick, dirt/sand with a shovel, and glass with bare hands). Gamemode 0 is Survival.
