Entities will often spin while pathfinding on top of sniffer eggs

The Bug:

Entities will often spin while pathfinding on top of sniffer eggs.

Additionally, when the said sniffer eggs are more than ten blocks away from the ground, mobs can't pathfind while standing on them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a large area of sniffer eggs by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~15 ~ ~15 minecraft:sniffer_egg

2. Summon some entities on top of the sniffer eggs.

3. Wait for them to start walking around and watch them closely.

4. Take note as to whether or not entities will often spin while pathfinding on top of sniffer eggs.

Observed Behavior:

Entities will often spin.

Expected Behavior:

Entities would not spin.
