I'm playing on a dedicated server hosted on my computer, the same vanilla version 1.19.4 LTS, yesterday I went to kill the dragon 19 more times to generate all the portals, until the third time it didn't generate any more end gatways, from the fourth to the fifteenth time spawned, totaling 11 portals, after that it stopped generating I've killed the dragon several times and even then a new end gatway is not generated
