Wolves (tamed or not) cannot be wetted by rain when partially in contact with an upwards-facing pointed dripstone

As shown in the provided screenshot, the left wolf and right wolf are both exposed to rain. The left dog is wet, as can be seen by its darkened fur. The dog on the right, however, is perfectly dry as a result of the presence of the pointed dripstone. Attempting to push an already wet dog into the dripstone will cause it to dry itself off and not get wet again. This occurs regardless of the height of the pointed dripstone.
