I'm not talking about trees but the terrain generation.

There's no trees on areas with ground above them; trees can only generate on the topmost blocks of the world. The leaves may extend to below the floating terrain, but the root (first log block) is never under terrain.
The fact terrain can generate floating is by design; that trees generate at the very top block is by design, so, as a result, this happens.

What's your expected behavior?

I'm talking about the terrain generation. I think that trees affects this.

Trees do not affect this because they generate always after terrain generation.

The generation is weird. I dont know the origine.

Duplicate of MC-30607. As I said, floating terrain is WAI.

That's just a form taiga trees can have; they're not stacked trees.
