Occasionally, horse will glitch while moving up 1 block, getting stuck and moving its head up and down really fast. Relates to MC-147772, except it was NOT fixed in 1.14.4. I've noticed the bug a lot while playing on 1.15.2, and occasionally while on 1.19.3 and 1.19.4.
