If a spectator is spectating someone while they are going through a nether portal but stops spectating them in any way while the other player is in the middle of teleporting it will teleport the spectator to the correct coordinates but in the wrong dimension. I don't know how many versions this effects though I discovered it in 1.19.2 and tested it in 1.19.4.

You need 2 players in a multiplayer server. We're gonna call them A and B. A goes into spectator mode and spectates B. B enters a nether portal. After B teleports A leaves spectator mode. A will be teleported to B's coordinates but in the wrong dimension.
Still present in 25w05a, this only seems to happen when spectating another player, when spectating a mob the player ceases to spectate that mob.
