Placed armor stand looking direction is slightly rotated off center when placed

Armor stands which are placed will have a somewhat random looking direction which is slightly off center, in a total of 4 different positions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn on entity hitboxes using F3 + B

2. Place down numerous armor stands in the same position until result is obvious
   (Player face the same direction when placing the armor stands)

Expected & Observed Results:

❌ - The armor stands will have a total of 5 different rotations (appearing like a 'fan') for it's looking direction.
✔ - It would consistently face the same direction on each placement.

This specifically affects armor stands which were placed using the armor stand item. Spawning armor stands with a command will result in a consistent looking direction.
