Riding minecart sound not playing when you change Directional Audio setting in Music & Sounds options.
Step guide:
Enter a riding minecart
Click ESC, then Options and click Music & Sounds
Change Directional Audio in this tab to on/off and click ESC again
Now riding minecart sound is inaudible
