I was playing minecraft i think my chunk render was to high i noticed it really quickly but before i could lower it my game crashed.I got back in and i noticed that the sugar cane that i had planted was still in my inventory.I looked to the distance and i see the same sugar cane i planted.So i guess i acidentaly duplicated sugar cane.For now its only happened in the 1.19.4 that i was playing in.Might happen in some other versions but idk.

I think this is some sort of client-server desync. Maybe MC-95720. The 2 are not in agreement on the state of your game.
