[MC-262679] Clicking an empty sign with glow ink sac completes the advancement "Glow and behold!" but don't use the glow ink sac

Wanting to complete the advancement, I clicked on a empty hanging sign with a glow ink sac, which opened the new sign editing UI, completed the advancement "Glow and Behold!" but did not use the glow ink sac.
