[MC-263037] Some blocks don't have visual updates when picked with NBT and placed

Chiseled bookshelves with books don't show the books when picked with NBT and placed.
Furnaces, Blast Furnaces and Smokers that are smelting in the GUI don't light up when picked with NBT and placed.

From speculation, it seems to have this behavior if its contents change its blockstates.

Brewing stands display the bottles after a split second of placing, unlike lecterns which display its contents immediately.
