[MC-26310] blocks can not be broken with a sword in creative

1. Ponerse en creativo
2. grab a sword in hand
3. hit the block

Please read the changelogs, this is an intended feature so...so...I'm running out of cutesy words that I would normally use on these duplicates, so I'll be blunt, it's so, while you're killing mobs, you don't accidentally break blocks.
