[MC-263112] Jukebox music bug

Disconnecting and reconnecting to a world or reentering dimension where a jukebox plays music, bugs jukebox to play music, but without audible sound. I even made a video that shows the bug.

Yes, this is the problem. I didn't know this bug is so old... Still as Mojang has been recently repairing old bugs, perhaps in next versions of 1.20.X they will repair this bug as well.
