When an entity without AI rides a villager this one when it hears the bell stops moving.

I'm creating a datapack that uses text_display that sits on villagers, and I accidentally discovered that as long as I don't use the bell everything is fine, but when I use the bell the villagers stop moving, they can turn and look and interact with the player, but they don't move at all. And when villagers have some other entity on them, they do not collide with each other.

I've been testing a bit more and it seems to only work at the bell range.

Does MC-157589 describe your issue, in a sort of more general sense?

yes and no, with the bell that breaks villagers ai, and no because also villagers or other entities that have other entities on them (riding) don't have any collisions

@unknown So it relates to MC-157589? Also, can you still confirm this in the latest versions (1.20.6/1.21 Pre-Release 2)?
