[MC-263332] Jukeboxes don't play music when started from far away

When using redstone to play a music disc in a jukebox, the jukebox will not play music if the player is far away when the disc is inserted. The disc still appears to be playing but the jukebox will not make any noise and will not start playing even once the player approaches
