[MC-263370] Inconsistent Dirt Background in Menu Screens

The dirt background texture in menu screens is inconsistent. The new world creation screen seems to have an updated dirt texture so when navigating menus, it is a bit jarring to see the entire background change, even if it is a slight texture change.
