[MC-263402] Walking on the Bamboo raft Causes Stuttering

It may not look like stuttering but when walking on a raft in the ocean it does that

This Happened when I walked on the raft itself and it made My game stutter,

How to Recreate it

place a raft and walk on it the end.

Please provide a video of the issue, stuttering cannot be shown in a still image.
