[MC-263679] when opening a chest with a Buried Treasure Map it makes the game freeze

the seed that shows this bug -2135181137524156350, and the boat with the chest is -584 ~ -1320.

how to replicate,

1, find a boat

2, right click on a chest that can spawn a Buried Treasure Map and it will make all entities stop moving and any task you do like breaking a block or hitting entities will stop for a few seconds.
