The "Scanning for games on your local network" element in the multiplayer menu cannot be selected via the mouse cursor

The Bug:

The "Scanning for games on your local network" element in the multiplayer menu cannot be selected via the mouse cursor.

This element can be selected via keyboard navigation, but not by the mouse cursor, therefore introducing an inconsistency. I believe the purpose of this element being selectable is so that it can be narrated.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the multiplayer menu.

2. Click on the "Scanning for games on your local network" element using the mouse cursor in an attempt to select it,

3. Take note as to whether or not the "Scanning for games on your local network" element in the multiplayer menu cannot be selected via the mouse cursor.

Observed Behavior:

The said element cannot be selected via the mouse cursor but can be selected via keyboard navigation.

Expected Behavior:

The said element would be able to be selected via the mouse cursor.
