[MC-263906] "Singleplayer" and "Minecraft Realms" buttons don't reset title screen

Pressing the Singleplayer or Realms button does not reset the title screen upon returning to it. Multiplayer and Options do.

How to reproduce:

Press "Singleplayer", "Minecraft Realms", or the language button (or whatever you want to call it)
Press escape
❌ Title screen does not reset

What I expected:

The title screen would be reset, meaning that the panorama would revert back to its original position and the splash text would randomize

What I observed:

The title screen did not reset, the panorama is in the last position before switching menus, and the splash text remained the same

How to view the correct behavior:

NOTE:

Singleplayer WILL reset the title screen if the player has no worlds.
I tried harder to search for this due to my tendencies of creating reports that already exist, but if one fell through the cracks, sorry. I technically found a report that's been marked as Invalid, but nothing like "Works as Intended" or "Won't Fix" is specified, so I am opening a report for it anyway. It also hasn't been updated in over eight years.
