What I expected to happen was...:
When i catch mob to portal frames it should teleport into overworld right? it does not.
What actually happened was...:
It just sits in portal and do nothing, and becouse of that i can't do advancements like "Uneasy alliance" or "Feels like home"

Does MC-151648 describe your issue?
In other words, have you gone through that exact portal yourself, before trying to push mobs through it?
