Chickens with NoAI set to 1b has falling animation even if on block.

When summoning a chicken using this command: /summon minecraft:chicken ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b} while standing on block summons a chicken with no ai like expected but the chicken has a constant falling animation. So even when on block it flaps its wings.

OnGround defaults to 0b, as long as a chicken is not on ground, it flaps its wings. summoning at the y coordinate with a block below does not suffice as hitting the ground, it must actually land (read, gravity must pull it onto the block; NoAI removes gravity and motion); remove NoAI for a tick, and then set it.
See it like flying in creative mode, flying at the perfect height that's touching the block is not the same as standing on the block.
