Redstone Clocks Stop

Incomplete

While in multi player, (I do not know if this affects single player as well.) Red stone clocks will stop functioning and freeze at certain times. It may be just when the server is restarted. I can not be sure.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.
