Mobs can't go through closed doors if they are placed like opened one

If you build something like in the screenshot below (notice, that the door is actually closed, because 'opened' is false), and spawn a mob (for example, Zombie), it won't be able to walk through, even though players can (it also affects every other mob). I checked it in vanilla - still the same. Also, it affects 1.19.* versions (i cant pick them, I dont know why). (Java)

It affects all other mobs (tried it with Skeleton and Creeper, still they can't go through)
