Hotbar scrolling reversed while sneaking.

In the latest snapshot (23w31a) hotbar scrolling while shifting was fixed on macOS (but not really). Now when the player is shifting and Hotbar scrolling the scrolling is reversed and is a major annoyance. Normally while scrolling down you go to the right of the hotbar, but now while scrolling down you go left. (Issue only works with a mouse)
