Tutorial screen pops up even though Player isn't new

The tutorial only pops up once for each installment of the game; if you use new installments or downgrade, the progress in the tutorial is lost. The former is by design, the latter is invalid as downgrading is not supported.

Either that, or duplicate of MC-161695.

That's the new installment/new options.txt defaulting tutorial to "look around".

@Dhranios I think maybe have separate options.txt files for every client instance.

The launcher allows you to have separate directories (and as such separate options.txt files) for each version. You need to set that up yourself, but it is the recommended way to play multiple versions.
