Not enough memory allocated menu bug

So I was playing minecraft with a few data packs and resource packs, and I loaded into the nether for the first time, which caused the game to quit and said the thingy it says when minecraft doesn't have enough memory to continue, so I went to the menu, and the scrolling background was spinning at Mach 10! going to different screens didn't fix the issue, and I found the bug quite funny, but for some it might be disorienting.
