Frog sliding around uncontrollably

I fed a frog a slimeball and used a leash to push it closer to another, upon releasing the frog from the leash the frog started sliding around uncontrollably. The frog walked as if it was on ice or as if i was still pulling it via the leash. It then "slid" away
