Sapling number isn't dependent on tree width

The number of saplings required to grow a tree is not controlled by the current tree width. This datapack modifies dark oak trees to have a 1x1 width, yet they still require 4 saplings to grow, and the unreplaced saplings become client-side ghost blocks.
