In the menu when signing a book, pressing the Arrow keys lights up the "Cancel" or "Sign and Close" buttons.
When no title is entered pressing any arrow key will light up the "Cancel" button, when a title is already entered pressing the left arrow key will light up "cancel", and any other arrow key will light up "Sign and Close"
Pressing the buttons has no other effect.

It doesn’t seem to be the issue described in MC-262268 but closely related, as the arrow keys exhibit a similar ui function usually. I wouldn’t delete this report as a duplicate but definitely link them as they are probably related
