Game is laggy for the first 15 min

So i've updated to 1.20.2

The first problem that occurred was that the game file did not completely download. Looked inside the folder and it was a couple of kilobyte. I deleted the version file and restarted the launcher.

Then the game worked perfect. Except for the closing of the game. It gave the error code -1073740791 and that the game had crashed. i was sure to close it through the button to quit minecraft.

I was like whatever and continue to play the days after that. I still keep having the crash according to minecraft.

A couple of days ago the game was really laggy (1/4 fps and no sound) when i entered my server. But after a couple of min (5/10min) this was resolved by the game. So i continued hoping it was a one time that it was a one time thing.

It was not next time same time. and now I've waited for more than 15 min restarted the game/pc. But the problem is now the whole game.

I even have low frames in the title screen.
