[MC-265707] Advancements on advancement menu are random?

A crossed different worlds it seems as though advancement are in a different pattern for some reason? This seems unorganized. I don't think this is intentional but if it is someone please explain this to me; I'm quite confused by this.

UPDATE: For some reason they sometimes change patterns when you leave and rejoin?

UPDATE 2: The tabs sometimes change order as well?

Initially, the tabs are ordered by achieve order, when relogging, it's the load order of the files(just like the advancement trees themselves). The trees should remain consistent unless advancements get added/removed within that tree.
