[MC-266156] The scrolling sensitivity is too high in the world creation settings

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to Singleplayer.
"Create New World".
Try using the mouse wheel to change the settings.

Observed Results:
The setting is changed multiples times.

Expected Results:
It may be impossible to use the scroll wheel to change settings (depending on the mouse).

is it because your mouse has a 'infinite scroll' feature? It might be causing the speed to change too quickly, making it difficult for you to find the correct setting.

@unknown No, mine dosen't have an infinite scroll. I consider this as an accessibility issue.

Cannot reproduce this following the provided steps to reproduce.
Each progression of my middle mouse button scrolling properly changes the option only once, as expected.

Please verify that this is not an issue with your hardware.
