Crafter rotated 90 degrees when placed on ground

Whenever the Crafter is placed on a block below the player it is rotated ninety degrees to the front of the player (e.g. If the player places the crafter below them and the player character is facing north the Crafter will be rotated ninety degrees north). If the Crafter is placed on a block to the side of the player and not below the player.
