Powertoys seemingly interfering with Minecraft on 1.20.2 only

I got 1 fps constantly from the start screen onwards after i switched to 1.20.2 and i didn't know why,
i later closed Powertoys (microsoft application) which i use it to extract text from the screen sometimes and for the keyboard manager and now everything seems to work as normal
