When /tick sprint or at high tick speeds(mine was above 500 ticks per seccond) the minecart texture and hitbox appear to not stay on the track. The player can right click the minecart hitbox to enter the minecart while it is not on the track. However this hitbox and the players do not interact with tripwires. But a tripwire somewhere else on the track does get interacted with as if the player does remain on the track. However the player still places blocks and shows coordinates as if they are on the visible glitched out minecart. When I get in the minecart the tripwire over the rail activates the pistion but the tripwire where it shows I am does not. It also allows me to place blocks where I normally couldn't if I was on the rails normally.

Some extra context/information about this issue; this is not just present for quick tick rates exclusively, but any tick rate. The minecart's hitbox generally does not consistently follow the appearance of it's model, but a faster tick rate makes the issue far more apparant and obvious:
