[MC-266239] Iron golem doesn't spawn when the pumpkin isn't put on last.

Problem:

If you try building an iron golem and dont put the pumpkin last, it will not spawn.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build 2 blocks up.

2. Put the pumpkin on those blocks.

3. Finish the arms.

4. Ta-da! Your iron golem will not spawn!

Your game is modified (the speaker in the bottom left is voice mod, and the icon at the top is "what am I looking at")

I tested it out without mods and it still doesn't spawn.

In that case; it is because you are building part of the body, then the head, then the rest of the body. Building an iron golem requires building the entire body before placing down the carved pumpkin.
