The Bug
Unlike the other directions, dispensers spawn mobs at the bottom of block instead of the top.

"Vertical facing dispensers can spawn entities inside blocks when using spawn eggs"

I won't update since spawning downward seems always to suffocate them xD
but feel free to change if mojang confirmed.
