[MC-266392] Weird transparent line while hovering over tinted glass.

Whenever you put your crosshair on the tinted glass block it has this weird transparent line on the side.

Duplicate of MC-259798, it's the "aimed-at block outline", and semi-transparency on semi-transparency rendering issues are only getting fixed on fabulous graphics setting (that settingbwas added specifically to fix these issues).
