game ended with exit code -1073741819

it started happening after the 1.20.2 was released
after launching the game i received the error message that says the game has stopped working, at the start the exit code was -1073740791, but later it changed to -1073741819
i tried updating and reinstalling such things as amd graphic drivers, official launcher, windows os updates, java and nothing worked
it crashes with earlier versions too (1.20.1, 1.19, etc) , with or without mods, in singleplayer and multiplayer (in singleplayer mode game crashes after generating a new world, in multiplayer mode after loading the list of servers)
i removed all the software which could cause the crash (d3dgear for example), closed all overlay-stuff such as discord but the problem still isn't solved
