Decorated pots generated in the Trial Chambers can still have items put into them despite already having loot inside

The bug

Decorated pots that generate inside of Trial Chambers can have an item stack put into them despite already being generated with loot inside the pot. When right clicked with an item the decorated pot consumes it. If the player breaks the pot, an item from the Trial Chamber pot loot table is dropped, and the item previously inserted from the player disappears. This only applies when right clicked with an item, hoppers placed above the generated pots do not insert any items into the pot.

Steps to Reproduce

     1. Locate a Trial Chambers structure

     2. Find a pot generated inside of the structure

     3. Right click the pot with any item

     4. Break the pot
