Panorama spins abnormally fast when getting timed out in singleplayer world

How to reproduce:

1. Enter a singleplayer world (might work in multiplayer)

2. Get timed out in said world

3. Go back to the main menu

If you want it to spin like normal, you just need to enter another world, and then upon exiting the world, it will spin at normal speed.

This might be related to MC-236122, but I got the panorama spinning abnormally fast from getting timed out.
