[MC-266661] 1.20.2 biological abnormal rotation

I created a new archive in 1.20.2 and found that the alpaca rotates abnormally when it is tethered and on the edge of the square

Re-enactment：

1.Tie the alpaca to the fence

2.Dig out a square at the foot of an alpaca

Results：
There is a probability of rotation

Invalid, modded game.

They might of meant llama because the alpaca was planned to be added in the llama vs. alpaca mob vote

Look at the video, there's numerous indicators that it is regarding a modded version, not just a mistake in the description.
