The glowing outline isn't applied to the wind of breezes

The Bug:

The glowing outline isn't applied to the wind of breezes.

This could be intentional and actually seems quite intentional, but I'm reporting it just in case.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a breeze that has the glowing effect by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:breeze ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,Glowing:1b,Silent:1b}

2. Look at the wind of the breeze and check if the glowing outline is applied to it.

Observed Behavior:

The glowing outline isn't applied to the wind of breezes.

Expected Behavior:

The glowing outline would be applied to the wind of breezes.
