Monsters Hunted advancement requires killing a Breeze even when they're disabled

The 'Monsters Hunted' advancement, `kill_all_mobs.json`, requires the Breeze to be killed even when the 1.21 experimental pack isn't enabled.

This is because the Breeze is listed in the advancement in the vanilla pack, rather than only in the experimental pack.
