[MC-266740] Breeze essentially gives no-fog water vision.

When looking at Breeze, the lines give you no fog night vision.

Affects 23w45a also.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go into either snapshot 23w45a or 23w46a, and summon a "minecraft:breeze" near water.

2. Look into the breeze's "lines" and look to the water.

Expected

Breeze will not show the water without fog.
